Job summary

Vizient seeks a senior leader to drive revenue creation and deliver cost savings for the Capital Equipment Solutions Consulting team in Tulsa, OK. You will oversee large, complex projects, mentor managers, and push innovative services while maintaining client satisfaction and performance targets.

You will influence senior executives, work cross-functionally, and travel regularly. A Master’s degree is preferred, with 10+ years in healthcare leadership or consulting driving outcomes.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred. Master’s degree desired.
• 10+ years of experience in management or healthcare leadership related to capital equipment/assets.
• Experience in a consulting or healthcare environment is required.
• Previous leadership and supervisory experience is required.
• Ability to present to health care executives clearly and concisely.
• Strong systems thinking and problem resolution skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams with quick turnarounds.
• Proven ability to analyze, interpret and present data effectively.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout the year.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead quality execution of large, complex projects, programs or operations.
• Manage and develop direct reports or project team members; coach others to high performance.
• Support development and delivery of new or improved services/products.
• Craft and deliver influential communications to senior-level audiences.
• Meet or exceed contractual obligations and drive member satisfaction.
• Support sales efforts by identifying client upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
