Job summary

You will guide RFQ/RFP execution, build total cost of ownership models, and drive cost optimization across machining, casting, molding, joining, and test equipment while coordinating with cross-functional partners to meet move-in dates.

Qualifications

• Experience presenting to executive audiences.
• Experience leading multi-year, cross-functional initiatives.
• 10+ years in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement in manufacturing or automation.
• 3+ years managing and developing a team.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop and lead the team responsible for capital equipment sourcing by commodity.
• Own end-to-end capital equipment sourcing across portfolios, including RFQ/RFP, total cost of ownership, and award decisions.
• Lead contract negotiations with OEMs and suppliers, including run-at-rate and PPAP.
