Snowflake seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager of Capacity Planning to lead demand forecasting, modeling, and procurement coordination across AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will drive cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Finance, and Cloud Provider teams to ensure capacity meets growth and launches.

You will build forecasting models, establish governance cadences, and proactively mitigate risks while reporting real-time capacity health and spend trends to leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical program management, infra planning, capacity management or related field at a cloud-scale tech company.
• Experience managing programs across multiple cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong understanding of cloud compute, storage, networking, and orchestration concepts.
• Experience with demand forecasting and resource modeling at scale.
• Ability to drive cross-functional programs with VP/Director stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills for executive-ready narratives.
• Fundamentals of program governance and milestone tracking.

Responsabilités

• Own the capacity planning program end-to-end—from demand forecasting to procurement coordination and delivery tracking across multi-cloud infra.
• Drive cross-functional alignment between Engineering, Infrastructure, Finance, and Cloud Provider teams.
• Build and improve forecasting models translating growth signals into capacity plans.
• Establish governance and review cadences; surface risks and tradeoffs.
• Identify and mitigate capacity risks; flag bottlenecks before customer impact.
• Partner with engineering teams to understand workload changes and feature launches.
• Drive efficiency programs to reduce waste and optimize spend without compromising performance.
• Develop dashboards, metrics, and reporting for leadership visibility.
• Influence infrastructure strategy on cloud provider mix and long-term capacity investments.
