Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience managing teams.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop employees.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to provide direct, constructive feedback and drive accountability.
• Field marketing or canvassing leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop multiple Proximity Marketing teams and managers.
• Drive lead generation performance and achieve market goals.
• Recruit, train and retain top talent within the department.
• Provide ongoing performance coaching, feedback, and recognition.
• Partner with Sales, HR, and other departments to support business objectives.
• Monitor team metrics, forecasts, budgets, and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and canvassing requirements.
• Support territory planning and execution to maximize lead opportunities.
• Conduct field observations and coaching to strengthen team effectiveness.
• Foster a culture of accountability, respect, and professional growth.
