Job summary

Esler Companies | Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Senior Canvassing Manager to lead multiple Proximity Marketing teams, drive high-quality lead generation, and develop frontline leaders across assigned territories.

You will recruit, train, coach, and retain top talent, monitor metrics, forecasts and budgets, ensure policy compliance, and partner with Sales and HR to support growth and revenue objectives while maintaining a positive, accountable culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop employees.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel throughout assigned territories as needed.
• Canvassing, field marketing, door-to-door, or sales leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to walk for extended periods throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop multiple Proximity Marketing teams and managers.
• Drive lead generation performance and achievement of market goals.
• Recruit, train, and retain top talent within the department.
• Provide ongoing performance coaching, feedback, and recognition.
• Partner with Sales, Human Resources, and other departments to support business objectives.
• Monitor team metrics, forecasts, budgets, and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and canvassing requirements.
• Support territory planning and execution to maximize lead opportunities.
• Conduct field observations and coaching to strengthen team effectiveness.
• Foster a culture built on accountability, respect, and professional growth.
