Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 10 years' experience as a cook for authentic Cantonese cuisine or restaurant.
• Occupational certificate of cook or chef, or Certified Culinarian issued by authorized agency from any country.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, season, cook, and present authentic Cantonese dishes.
• Plan menus and establish new dishes.
• Plan menus for, prepare, manage, and present for catering services and banquet.
• Order supplies, keep track records and accounts
• Train and supervise food preparation workers.
