Jasmine Seafood in San Diego, CA seeks a dedicated cook specialized in authentic Cantonese cuisine to join our kitchen team. You will be responsible for preparing, seasoning, cooking and presenting Cantonese dishes, while planning menus and developing new offerings.

The role includes planning for catering services and banquets, ordering supplies, maintaining records, and training food preparation staff. Extensive knowledge of Cantonese cuisine and authentic Eastern Asia spices is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 10 years' experience as a cook for authentic Cantonese cuisine or restaurant.
• Occupational certificate of cook or chef, or Certified Culinarian issued by authorized agency from any country.
