Responsibilities

• Perform benchwork, analysis, and reporting of genetic or genomic assays with high accuracy.
• Pre-director tech checking of cases and reports in high-competency areas.
• Contribute to QM, methods development, and SOP updates; participate in validation efforts.
• Train staff, oversee select processes, and ensure training competency.
• Detect issues, troubleshoot equipment, and support data analysis for publications.
