Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience.
• Ability to take initiative and use sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Create, implement and adjust staffing schedules.
• Manage billing paperwork and invoicing.
• Generate regular reports.
• May supervise staff.
• Prepare correspondence, documents and presentations.
• Provide coverage for team members as needed.
• Identify and resolve operational problems.
• Plan and oversee community outreach and external communications.
• Organize events and meetings.
• Contribute to program/department strategic planning.
• Manage and triage incoming requests.
• Serve as liaison to other departments.
• Review timesheets and approve hours as needed.
