Qualifications

• Requires a four-year degree and/or six years of multifamily campus or senior living experience.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
• Experience communicating with aging populations is preferred.
• Able to document and track activities using computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping staff and evaluate performance.
• Foster positive relationships with residents, families, staff, Board, and GLM team.
• Negotiate and oversee contracts for fire safety, HVAC, landscaping, and building services.
• Oversee budget preparation and financial expenditures for assigned departments.
