Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee cooking activities as assigned by Food Service Director.
• Prepare entrees and items using established recipes.
• Operate and clean equipment after use; perform routine cleaning.
• Store, label and date foods; maintain organized dry and refrigerated storage.
• Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure food quality and safety.
• Comply with health and sanitation regulations and procedures.
• Assist in maintaining daily production records and required documentation.
• Assist in cross-training of staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
