Chartwells Higher Ed at the University of Arkansas-Fort Smith is seeking a full-time Sous Chef to lead the kitchen team and ensure high-quality meals for our campus. You will assist the Executive Chef, coordinate cooks and food-service staff, and manage day-to-day kitchen operations.
