Compass Group USA at University of Arkansas - Fort Smith is seeking a Full Time Catering Captain to coordinate catering staff and service for campus events. You will help prepare and serve food, oversee setup, and ensure timely delivery and clearing under the supervision of the Catering Director.

The role requires a valid driver’s license may be required and catering experience preferred. Hours are full-time with varying days; pay ranges from $14.00 to $15.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license may be required.
• Must possess or able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers permit where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates catering staff schedules to ensure functions are delivered, served, and cleared timely.
• Prepares and serves food at scheduled functions under supervision.
• May drive a truck to deliver food and beverages to catered functions.
• Interact with customers and resolve complaints in a service-oriented manner.
• Instruct staff on work expectations for catered functions.
