Job summary

Mews is seeking a proactive marketing campaign lead to design, run, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across SEM, SEO, email, social, and content. You’ll have a real say over strategy and channel mix, not just execution, and will use AI tools to speed analysis and scale what works.

You’ll report results, drive CRO with A/B testing, and build repeatable approaches for the wider team while collaborating across a global, remote-first organization.

Qualifications

• AI Fluency Level 3: redesigned testing/reporting for the team and verified AI insights.
• Track record of successful campaigns in technology or software environments.
• Comfort with redesigning workflows with AI and building repeatable approaches.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Comfort using data and analytics to guide decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design, run, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across SEM, SEO, email, social, and content with strategic ownership.
• Run A/B testing and CRO to improve campaign performance.
• Use AI tools to speed analysis and turn successes into repeatable processes.
• Report on campaign performance and translate data into actionable recommendations.
