Job summary

Mews is seeking a proactive marketer to design, run, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across SEM, SEO, email, social, and content. You’ll influence strategy and channel mix, rather than just executing plans, and you’ll lead testing to improve performance using AI insights with a team-focused approach.

You’ll analyze data to guide decisions, report results, and turn findings into scalable methods for the entire team, all within our remote-first, globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

• AI Fluency Level 3: redesigning testing or reporting with AI and validating AI insights.
• Track record of successful campaigns in technology or software businesses.
• Comfort redesigning workflows with AI and building repeatable approaches.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Comfort using data and analytics to shape decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design, run, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across SEM, SEO, email, social, and content with strategic input.
• Run A/B testing and conversion rate optimization to improve performance.
• Leverage AI tools to speed up analysis and scale successful methods for the team.
• Report campaign performance and translate data into actionable recommendations.
