Cloudflare is seeking a Principal Campaign Manager to own end-to-end campaign strategy for a core solution. You will drive strategy, content development, launch, optimization, and measurement to boost awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.

You will collaborate with regional teams to tailor market strategies, craft messages across the funnel, and ensure consistent, high-quality content across all channels. This role emphasizes data-driven decisions and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of B2B marketing experience in Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, ABM, or Customer Marketing.
• Proven track record of end-to-end campaign management and optimization.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with creative solutions within operational constraints.
• Experience working with AI tools (OpenCode, Claude, Gemini).
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills with ability to build trust and influence stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset with experience interpreting information to make smart business decisions.
• Hands-on experience with marketing technologies including Salesforce, Marketo, Demandbase, PFL, Goldcast, and Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete campaign lifecycle for a core Cloudflare solution, from planning through launch, measurement, and optimization.
• Define campaign narrative, target audiences, and success metrics.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Regional Marketing, Brand and Digital Marketing teams.
• Translate customer challenges into compelling messages across the funnel.
• Develop and oversee creation of campaign content with internal teams and external resources.
• Write compelling campaign copy and ensure content consistency across touchpoints.
• Launch and manage campaigns across content syndication, paid digital, email, direct mail, webinar, and sales/BDR channels.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for ROI.
• Track KPIs and provide regular insights and recommendations to leadership.
