Horizon Media in New York, NY, seeks a seasoned Paid Social Specialist to lead social campaigns across a dynamic client roster. You will plan, propose, and optimize paid social strategies, collaborating with Analytics and Digital teams to drive measurable results.

With 2+ years of paid social experience, you will manage budgets, coordinate with internal partners, and mentor junior staff while staying ahead of industry trends and best practices in social media advertising.

Qualifications

• 2+ years paid social media experience.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics and concepts.
• Experience buying ads on Facebook and Instagram; other platforms a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and planning.
• Comfort with budgeting and investment levels in social.

Responsibilities

• Develop proposals for paid social campaigns across active client roster.
• Create and present media plans, RFPs, objectives and strategies decks.
• Analyze proposals and negotiate with partners.
• Maintain vendor communications and update internal status documents.
• Set up and manage client Paid Social campaigns and tracking assets.
• Monitor campaign performance and generate insights with the team.
