Horizon Media in New York is seeking a proactive Campaign Manager to join our team. You will develop, execute and monitor paid social campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, collaborating with Analytics, Digital and Client teams to optimize performance.
This role emphasizes reporting, proposal development, and relationship building with internal clients. You’ll manage timelines, budget inputs and data–driven insights while staying current on paid social trends.

Campaign Management/Execution (25%)
Continue developing mastery and proficiency in all internal buying and reporting tools, including platform interfaces and native tools for application/analysis into competitive landscape, target digital consumption support, plan development and reporting. Support in measurement planning and pixel generation and third‑party ad tracking needs with manager direction. Create and QC tracking functionality and creative units. Create campaign post‑launch information. Generate insertion orders and ensure accuracy. Support the setup of client Paid Social campaigns and posts. Take ownership of completing and monitoring internal team and client‑facing financial tracking documents.
Reporting (25%)
Monitor pacing and optimizations of active social campaigns across client roster daily. Generate high‑level performance insights and recommendations. Own client roster reporting on campaign performance and proactively communicate any issues to internal team and managers. Assist with reporting and data collection outside of client roster as needed.
Social Media Planning (20%)
Support development of proposals for paid social media campaigns. Learn to create and present media‑specific documents such as RFPs, media plans, objectives and strategies decks. Analyze proposals and partner negotiations. Monitor new & emerging opportunities and applications in paid social media environments. Assist with maintaining vendor meeting communication and updating status documents and team deliverables calendars.
Relationship Development (15%)
Own and maintain active communication with internal client roster teams to manage timelines and cross‑collaborative meetings. Build relationships with other internal teams such as Analytics, Digital, etc. Participate in larger team projects under supervisor oversight.
Learning & Development (15%)
Attend agency learning sessions and vendor meetings. Participate in internal and external learning and development opportunities such as Facebook Blueprint, Twitter Flight School.

$66,300.00 - $85,000.00 (base salary may vary).
