Job summary

Ruder Finn is seeking a Senior Analyst, Research & Analytics to join its TechLab team in the U.S. This hands-on role supports analytics, reporting and measurement across integrated marketing programs, with focus on AI and emerging technologies.

You will build reports and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI and Looker Studio, analyze campaign performance across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more, and translate data into clear, actionable insights for clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years in marketing analytics, paid media, digital marketing or related field.
• Experience with integrated marketing, communications, or digital agencies preferred.
• Familiarity with paid social, paid search, programmatic and other paid media channels.
• Experience building reports/dashboards in Tableau, Power BI or Looker Studio.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Responsibilities

• Support analytics and measurement across paid media and integrated marketing programs.
• Collect, organize and analyze campaign data from paid media platforms and analytics tools.
• Evaluate campaign performance on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Ads, GA4.
• Track KPIs and benchmarks to identify trends and opportunities.
• Translate data into clear insights and practical recommendations.
• Develop recurring campaign reports and client-facing presentations.
• Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, and Looker Studio.
• Ensure KPI consistency and reporting template accuracy.
• Support automated reporting solutions to improve efficiency.
• Contribute to analytics research for client proposals and pitches.
• Stay informed on emerging analytics, AI, and automation tools.
