The Florida Sheriffs Youth Ranches is a non-profit organization that provides camp opportunities to Florida's youth. The Senior Program Leader coordinates seasonal direct care staff and works closely with the Camp Director to ensure smooth program operations.

The role involves developing camp activities, supervising staff, and maintaining standards set by policies and state statutes. Requires a minimum two-year AA Degree or three years’ camping experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum two-year AA Degree in educational or human services field required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in a camping environment (minimum 3 years) considered.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate activities of seasonal direct care staff.
• Assist in developing operational plans for the facility.
• Plan day-to-day operations of summer camp.
• Supervise Summer Resident Camp staff involved in programs.
