Northrop Grumman in Roy, Utah is seeking a control account manager (CAM) to oversee the SEIT unit’s IMS, manage at least 8 control accounts and hundreds of millions in scope while maintaining EVMS compliance. This dual-role position combines functional leadership of up to 10 engineers with hands-on systems engineering work.

Qualifications include CAM/EVM experience, DoD Secret clearance, and a strong background in cost estimation, ROM/BOE development, and proposal inputs.

Qualifications

• Experience with CAM and Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Lifecycle cost accounting and ROM/BOE development.
• US Citizenship with an active DoD Secret clearance at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Manage IMS and control accounts with EVMS compliance.
• Lead small engineering teams and perform CAM activities.
• Balance functional oversight with systems engineering work in a multi-disciplinary team.
