Job summary

Next Generation Management & Accounting Services is seeking an experienced LCAM to manage a portfolio of residential communities in Broward County, with strong leadership and communication skills. You will oversee staff, budgets, and vendor contracts, while ensuring compliance with governing documents and board directives.

The role requires active Florida LCAM licensure, a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred), and willingness to respond to emergencies after hours.

Qualifications

• Active Florida LCAM license required.
• Minimum 3 years of property management experience, preferably in community associations or condominiums.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to respond to property emergencies outside normal hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine property inspections and identify maintenance or safety concerns.
• Supervise onsite staff, including scheduling, training, and payroll coordination.
• Manage work orders and maintenance requests for timely completion.
• Coordinate vendor services, contracts, and community projects.
• Investigate resident concerns and ensure compliance with governing documents.
• Prepare for and attend Board meetings, including agendas and minutes.
• Assist Boards with budgeting, reserves, and insurance renewals.
• Monitor association financials, invoices, and reconciliations.
• Maintain records, reports, violation logs, and architectural requests.
• Prepare monthly management reports and provide excellent resident service.
• Respond to emergencies as needed outside business hours.
