Job summary

Saratech is seeking a Senior CAM Engineer to join our team in a full-time remote position. You will lead CAM programming for 3- to 5-axis CNC milling and turning of large aerospace components, focusing on NX CAM and related tools.

Ideal candidates will have 15+ years in CAM and CNC programming, strong communication, teamwork, and rigorous attention to detail, with a background in aerospace manufacturing and lean methods. This role supports a remote workforce with collaboration across levels.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• 15+ years of CAM experience and CNC programming.
• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or Engineering (or equivalent).
• Experience with aerospace manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prototype machining by creating/editing CNC programs for large-scale components.
• Develop machining processes: setup, fixturing, tool selection, and parameters.
• Source and procure tooling suitable for materials and tolerances.
• Develop standardized CAM practices for Joby-like processes.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve design and production.
