Job summary

Saratech is seeking a CAM Post & ISV Kit Manager for a full-time remote role in the United States. Ideal candidates will have aerospace manufacturing experience and strong communication, teamwork, and lean manufacturing knowledge.

Responsibilities include developing post processors, ISV kits, and collaborating with engineering to drive improvements. Proficiency in NX CAM, Post Configurator, and CAD/CAM tools is required, with experience in 3- and 5-axis machining.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Aerospace manufacturing experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills across different levels.
• Strong organization and time management abilities.
• Working knowledge of lean manufacturing and demonstrated change implementation skills.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office; NX (CAD/CAM); Post Configurator experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and troubleshoot new and existing post processors and/or ISV simulation kits.
• Work with the customer to obtain required information.
• Develop standardized best practices for the Job processes.
• Continuously improve design and production efforts by working closely with the engineering team.
