Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Sr. Control Account Manager (CAM) to support a high-impact, multi-agency program serving USSF/SSC, USAF, and other stakeholders. The role emphasizes PKI and Agile development with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

The candidate will lead CAMs, manage budgets and ETCs, and deliver monthly Variance Reports while coordinating with PMO and agile teams. A TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required; PMP preferred for advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; 15 years of related experience or substituted experience.
• 5+ years in large-scale software development and hardware integration programs.
• 5+ years in technical project or program management.
• 2+ years in an Agile environment or program.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Commitment to best practices and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Clearance required: TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to CAMs across the program for consistent control account management.
• Manage financial performance of assigned Control Accounts, including budget oversight and funding execution.
• Serve as an active PMO Scrum Team member supporting program execution in an Agile environment.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to align with priorities, scope, and performance objectives.
• Ensure integration and application of Agile and Earned Value Management across work efforts.
• Maintain ETCs for all work within assigned control accounts.
• Prepare and deliver monthly Variance Reports for each control account.
• Participate in monthly business rhythm reviews (financial, schedule, performance).
• Coordinate customer authorization for in-scope activities requiring formal approval.
• Respond to customer requests related to assigned control accounts.
• Serve as primary non-technical POC for customer matters.
• Engage in technical discussions to maintain awareness of scope, risk, and performance.
• Support staffing to ensure proper resourcing for program requirements.
• Manage procurement actions within control accounts.
