Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Control Account Manager (CAM) for the Intel Sector-Cyber & Analytics Business Area (CABA). The CAM will manage budget, scope, and schedule for assigned control accounts, while integrating technical scope with schedule and cost to deliver program objectives.

Strong EVMS and Agile experience are required. The role involves coordinating with PMs, finance, and customers, producing MSRs/VRs, and ensuring CA performance under TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 12+ years of relevant experience with budget/schedule management.
• At least 3 years on large complex software/hardware programs.
• At least 5 years in technical project or program management.
• At least two years in an Agile environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budget, scope, and schedule of assigned Control Accounts (CA).
• Participate as an Agile Team Member for the PMO Scrum team.
• Maintain Earned Value practices and Prepare Monthly Status Reports or Variance Reports.
• Coordinate with Business/Finance Team and customer for CA activities.
• Approve funding and timecards for CA resources and subcontracts.
• Engage in RFIs, RFPs, or ROM responses as needed.
