Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Control Account Manager to oversee budget, scope, and schedule for assigned control accounts within the Intel Sector. You will integrate technical scope with EV practices and serve as the primary point of accountability to the Program Manager for CA performance.

The role requires extensive experience in Agile environments, Earned Value Management, and strong communication with customers and internal teams. A TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required with 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience as a Control Account Manager, TTO Lead, or similar for budget and schedule.
• Minimum 3 years on large, complex software/hardware programs.
• Minimum 5 years in technical project or program management.
• At least two years in an Agile environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and proactive.
• Must have TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budget, scope, and schedule of assigned Control Accounts (CA).
• Participate as an Agile Team Member within PMO Scrum team.
• Maintain EV and EST to complete for CA work.
• Prepare Monthly Status Reports or Variance Reports for each CA.
• Coordinate with Business/Finance Team during monthly rhythm.
