Job summary

Odyssey Systems Consulting Group, Ltd. seeks a Senior Commander's Action Group Administrator to support AFLCMC at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role focuses on managing suspense, enabling rapid data-to-decision outputs, and coordinating with multiple directorates.

The position requires US citizenship, a Secret clearance, and advanced DoD experience. Onsite work with travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• US citizen required.
• Secret clearance required.
• Master’s or Doctorate with DoD experience or Bachelor’s with 12 years DoD experience or 15 years related DoD experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Acquisition Sustainment Reviews, Congressional inquiries, and Crisis Action Team activities.
• Manning/screening AFLCMC/CCX workflow.
• Support AFLCMC Commander’s Action Group suspense and tracking.
• Track suspenses in the Task Management Tool (TMT).
• Coordinate responses with two-letter directorates and assign CAG action officers to TMT tasks.
• Provide status of late and upcoming TMT suspenses for CAG Chief review.
• Assist with closure of TMT suspenses and package suspenses for AFLCMC Mission Support and Execution Directorates.
• Assist AFLCMC CAG and two-letter action officers with TMT usage and technical questions.
• Turn data into actionable outputs for AFLCMC senior leaders and communicate findings.
• Update/retrieve information in MS SharePoint and compile inputs for Center responses.
• Use NIPRNET/SIPRNET for transmitting responses to HQ and Congressional inquiries.
