Job summary

Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group is seeking an experienced CAE analyst to lead crash simulations using LS-DYNA and related pre- and post-processing tools. The role focuses on constructing and evaluating vehicle system-level CAE models to meet advanced safety criteria.

The position requires extensive experience, ability to communicate results to engineering teams, and production of detailed simulation reports to support design decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6+ years of industry experience as CAE analyst.
• LS-DYNA experience with pre- and post-processing tools for vehicle CAE models.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and perform crash safety-related impact simulations using LS-DYNA.
• Evaluate simulation results against crash performance criteria per safety standards.
• Determine countermeasures to meet target performance when needed.
• Communicate recommendations to Engineering teams.
• Create detailed engineering documentation and reports from simulations.
