Job summary

1X is seeking a CAD Sculptor for the Prototyping team to shape the physical form of NEO. You will translate industrial design intent into high-quality, production-ready CAD geometry while balancing surface quality with manufacturability.

Join a hands-on, collaborative environment, working with designers, engineers and technicians on rapid iterations, prototypes, and production-ready parts for a humanoid home robot.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CAD modeling, digital surfacing or Class-A surfacing.
• Experience developing complex surface geometry for physical products.
• Proficient in Alias, Rhino, CATIA, NX or similar CAD tools.
• Strong understanding of surface continuity and quality.
• Ability to translate design intent into manufacturable CAD geometry.
