Job summary

You will drive optimizations to reduce latency, manage hot keys, and maximize CPU/memory utilization across clusters. You will mentor engineers and collaborate with Storage, Platform, and Product teams.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• 6+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Experience building and operating large-scale distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural transitions to a next-generation multitenant caching service.
• Optimize for latency, resource isolation, and high CPU/memory efficiency.
• Automate development, chaos testing, and monitoring for 24x7 services.
• Lead design reviews, performance benchmarking, and post-incident retrospectives.
• Mentor engineers across Storage, Platform, and Product teams.
