RTX seeks a Section Manager to lead the cable and harness manufacturing support within the Operations Execution (XOPs) Engineering Department in Andover, MA. You will provide engineering support for production processes, data packages, tooling, and capital equipment, while driving producibility and root-cause analysis.

The ideal candidate has a STEM degree with extensive manufacturing leadership experience and the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Section Manager within the Operations Execution (XOPs) Engineering Department to support cable and harness manufacturing.
• Collaborate with Operations to drive producibility and support on the manufacturing floor.
• Locate the role in Andover, MA and oversee engineering support activities.
