Job summary

The role reports to the ESE Director and requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 13+ years in engineering with 5+ years in program management, familiarity with simulators, and experience with FAA/CS-25/EASA certification.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of direct and cross-functional oversight of aircraft systems development and integration.
• Experience with simulators and aircraft build and test readiness support.
• FAA (14 CFR Part 25) and/or EASA (CS-25) certification experience.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; 13 years engineering experience with at least 5 years in program management.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the functional director and is assigned to a program or project group.
• Coordinates with the chief project engineer to set program goals and priorities.
• Coordinates with functional managers to provide required skillsets for program objectives.
• Develops resource-loaded plans and integrated schedules to meet objectives.
• Leads small cross-functional teams to execute sub-projects and strategic initiatives.
• Tracks and updates project plans and status.
• Identifies barriers and risks and manages mitigation plans.
• Balances staff and budget to meet targets and schedules.
• Provides performance feedback and development opportunities for deployed professionals.
• Demonstrates teamwork, ownership, technical rigor, agility, and learning to achieve program results.
