Job summary

Airbus is seeking a Cabin Upgrade Project Engineer (Contract) in Mobile, Alabama. You will bridge complex engineering design and project execution for cabin retrofit programs, defining scopes, managing subcontractors, mitigating risks, and delivering SBs on time and within budget.

You will translate technical data into business plans and coordinate with international Airbus teams to ensure customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• 3+ years engineering experience or 2+ years with Master’s degree.
• Authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Define project scopes, objectives and timelines for cabin upgrades.
• Manage subcontractors, monitor costs and schedule adherence.
• Mitigate risks and translate technical data into actionable plans.
• Ensure Service Bulletins and cabin retrofit solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
• Act as liaison between internal teams and airline customers.
