Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. is seeking a Cabin Upgrade Project Engineer to bridge advanced cabin retrofit design with flawless project execution.

You will define scopes, manage subcontractors, mitigate risks, and translate technical aircraft modification data into business and execution plans for timely, budget-conscious delivery. Based in the Mobile Engineering Center, you will collaborate with global teams, coordinate with airline customers, and lead efforts from concept through certification while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Aeronautical/Civil/Electrical).
• 6+ years engineering experience OR Master’s with 4+ years.
• Authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, deliverables and timelines for cabin retrofits.
• Manage subcontractors, budgets and schedules.
• Interface with internal/external stakeholders; translate technical data into actionable plans.
• Oversee cabin retrofit designs and production drawings; ensure SBs and BOMs meet customer requirements.
