Job summary

Airbus Americas Customer Services, Inc. in Mobile, AL seeks an Upgrade Services Project Manager (Cabin) to lead cabin upgrade programs for in-service Airbus aircraft. You will coordinate customers, MROs, engineering and supply chain to deliver end-to-end cabin solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business-related field required.
Minimum 9 years of aviation industry experience.
Authorized to work in the US.
Experience in cabin modifications and upgrade processes.
Proven leadership and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of cabin upgrade projects from contract signature to closure.
Develop comprehensive project plans, master schedules, and critical paths.
Oversee day-to-day project execution to meet milestones.
Ensure timely delivery of complete cabin solutions to customers.
Provide progress visibility to stakeholders and assist with embodiment preparation.
Support Offer Managers with new and delta offers.
Conduct risk/opportunity assessments and mitigation planning.
Manage project profitability and P&L within budget; support sales offers.
