Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; minimum 6 years engineering experience or 4+ years with a Master’s.
• CAD skills with CATIA; ability to read/interprete technical drawings and BOMs.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational abilities in English.

Responsibilities

• Define project scopes for cabin retrofit upgrades and Service Bulletins, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams during SB/Engineering Order production.
• Oversee risk management, change control, and alignment with stakeholders and airworthiness requirements.
• Support on-site retrofit activities and back-office technical assistance through project embodiment.
• Develop cabin retrofit solutions from global architecture to detailed technical designs and certification plans.
