Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of program management experience in the aircraft industry.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and risk-management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional activities through influence without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers, suppliers, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute program plans, WBS, schedules, milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
• Manage programs and coordinate cross-functional activities to meet schedule, budget, and contractual objectives.
• Lead coordination across Engineering and related departments and develop the Program Plan.
• Coordinate program kickoffs and manage department budget and schedule commitments.
• Monitor budget/schedule performance, provide forecasts and leadership reports.
• Develop resource and manpower plans to support execution.
• Identify risks and coordinate mitigation and corrective actions.
• Interface with customers, suppliers, and internal teams on technical/schedule/contract matters.
• Manage scope changes and support commercial negotiations.
• Assist RFQs and new business by validating scope and assumptions.
