You will manage monthly financial statements, depreciation, and client communications, using QuickBooks Online and Excel while mentoring associates and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting.
• CPA eligibility/license preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting with increasing scope.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge and application of Accounting Principles; proficiency in bookkeeping.
• Manage, review, and prepare monthly financial statements.
• Track fixed assets and prepare depreciation schedules.
• Proficiency with cloud-based accounting systems, including QuickBooks Online and Excel.
• Coordinate client assignments: planning, budgeting, monitoring, and reviewing work for accuracy.
