Job summary

Leidos is seeking a mission-driven Systems Engineer at Hickam AFB, Hawaii to support critical C5ISR operations across the Pacific. You’ll design and integrate C5ISR/JWICS capabilities, working with senior engineers to ensure reliable information flow for timely decision making.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a technical field, 8+ years in C4I, and TS/SCI clearance on day one. You’ll plan deployments, evaluate technologies, and provide installation and maintenance across PACAF sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field; relevant experience may substitute.
• 8+ years in C4I-related activities.
• DoD 8570.01 IAT Level II – Security+ requirement.
• TS/SCI clearance on day one.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop C5ISR/C4I system capabilities to meet mission needs.
• Create integration and deployment plans with upgrade schedules.
• Evaluate COTS/GOTS technologies for performance and security.
• Track progress, brief managers and government stakeholders.
• Support installation, testing, maintenance, and programming across PACAF sites.
• Provide operational and maintenance support for C5ISR/C4I systems.
