Job summary

Bowhead seeks a C5ISR Engineer (SAMD) to support Foreign Military Sales cases for multiple countries. You will perform systems engineering and analysis of FMS country requirements, applying knowledge of C5ISR tech including radios, sensors, night vision, and satellites, and develop ARPs and related documentation for government review.

Qualifications include a BA/BS in engineering, 10+ years of relevant experience, MTCR training, and the ability to brief senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Ten (10+) years of relevant experience.
• FMS experience and MTCR training completed.
• Familiarity with multiple C5ISR technologies (radios, sensors, satellites).
• Ability to prepare and brief senior management.

Responsibilities

• Perform systems engineering and analysis of FMS country requirements.
• Apply technical knowledge of C5ISR systems (CNR, sensors, night vision, satellites).
• Assess configuration management of assigned equipment and analyze technical deliverables.
• Develop Acquisition Requirements Packages (ARP) and related documents.
• Provide SSEB briefings and participate in test/acceptance events.
• Prepare government documentation such as J&A, MTCR memos, and contract modifications.
• Communicate with a wide range of groups including government officials and vendors.
• Travel as needed, including OCONUS locations.
