Job summary

Bowhead is seeking a C5ISR Engineer (FMS) to support SAMD and assist the FMS Case process for Security Assistance Management Directorate. The role focuses on C5ISR systems and program documentation, with travel including OCONUS opportunities.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field and 10+ years of experience, MTCR training, and proven ability to brief senior management and coordinate with diverse government and industry parties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with multiple C5ISR technologies (radios, sensors, night vision, EW, satellites).
• FMS experience.
• Experience writing ARPs, SOW/PWS, IGCE, Acquisition Plan, J&A, Technical Evaluations, MTCR memos.

Responsibilities

• Perform systems engineering and analysis of FMS country requirements.
• Develop ARP packages and associated documentation (SOW/PWS, IGCE, SSEPs, QASP).
• Vet releases per Security Assistance Management Manual.
• Prepare briefs for SSEBs and senior management.
• Converse with diverse stakeholders to support Security Assistance requirements.
• Participate in test witnessing and acceptance events.
