Job summary

Bowhead is seeking a C5ISR Engineer (SAMD) to support Foreign Military Sales cases for various countries. The role involves systems engineering for C5ISR components, development of ARPs and SOW/PWS documents, and coordination with DSCA/USASAC and vendors.

Required are a Bachelor's in Engineering, 10+ years of experience, MTCR familiarity, and ability to travel including OCONUS. A Secret clearance is mandatory to support security requirements at the US location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• FMS and MTCR familiarity.
• Ability to travel, including OCONUS.
• Must currently hold Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform systems engineering and analysis of FMS country requirements.
• Apply technical knowledge of C5ISR systems (CNR, sensors, IEW, satellites).
• Analyze contract deliverables for FMS programs (SOW/PWS, IGCE, QASP).
• Develop ARPs for IDIQ contracts (SOW, System Req Docs, CDRLs).
• Conduct market research and brief SSEBs and senior management.
• Prepare technical documentation and modifications (J&A, MOUs).
• Converse with a wide range of stakeholders and participate in tests.
