Linchpin Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior C2 Systems Engineer VI to lead the design, deployment, and sustainment of high‑availability C2 training networks at Quantico. You will guide a distributed engineering team, ensure RMF compliance, and align architectures with DoD standards and TECOM objectives.

The role requires DoD TS/SCI-level attributes and on-site work in Virginia. You will also oversee Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, SharePoint, and Teams, delivering clear, repeatable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification required within 60 days (Security+ CE, GSEC, SSCP, etc.).
• Advanced network or cybersecurity certifications preferred (CCNA, CySA+, Network+, etc.).
• 10+ years of experience in network engineering, systems engineering, or C2 systems integration.
• Experience supporting Marine Corps or Joint tactical networks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical authority for designing, maintaining, and modernizing C2 training networks.
• Provide enterprise-wide engineering oversight across MISTC locations and MOCTT COC in Quantico.
• Manage the engineering team at MISTC HQ and develop architectures for classrooms, labs, and virtualized environments.
• Oversee collaboration tool integration (SharePoint, MS Teams, Microsoft 365) across MOCTT–MISTC.
• Ensure cybersecurity compliance, SOPs, guides, and sustainment documentation are up to date.
