Job summary

Linchpin Solutions, Inc. seeks a Senior C2 Systems Analyst with 15+ years of Marine Corps/Joint C2 experience to provide expert-level analysis, requirements assessment, and system architecture support on-site at Quantico.

You will liaise with HQMC and other senior stakeholders, mentor staff, and help drive training modernization aligned with doctrine. Responsibilities include overseeing complex analyses, evaluating emerging technologies, and guiding curriculum updates to ensure operational

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• High-level analytical and critical thinking abilities expected.
• Ability to brief senior O-6/GS-15 leadership and staff-level working groups.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in joint/coalition environments.
• Experience with organizational prioritization and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site analytical efforts for MOCTT and MISTC mission areas.
• Mentor mid- and junior C2 Analysts to ensure rigor and doctrinal alignment.
• Coordinate with HQMC, MCCDC/CD&I, MCSC, and TECOM leadership on C2 training needs.
• Develop and connect POI updates to training curriculum and courseware.
• Engage in high-level working groups and decision forums to shape C2 modernization.
