Linchpin Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Specialist V to lead and supervise network systems operation in support of DoD contracts. The role requires deep IT expertise, DoD security awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced government environment.

Based in Quantico, this full-time position offers a clear path to advanced system design, upgrades, and incident response, with collaboration across cyber security teams and field staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is preferred.
• CompTIA Security+ certification required or equivalent.
• CCNA is preferred.
• 10 years of IT experience in relevant roles.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced systems installation, operation, integration, and troubleshooting to maintain IT system operations.
• Design and oversee upgrades and new installs of IT systems coordinating with Cyber Security Specialist.
• Perform Tier III upgrades of networking, IT systems, and storage networking.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and manage IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols.
