Qualifications

• 15+ years of software engineering experience with a track record in electronic trading/front-office platforms.
• Deep expertise in C++17/20 and low-latency distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of Equities market structure, OMS/EMS, FIX, market data and execution workflows.
• Proven ability to lead complex tech initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent architectural, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and development of high-performance OMS and electronic trading platforms.
• Drive strategic technology initiatives supporting business growth and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with traders and stakeholders to translate objectives into scalable solutions.
• Own platform capabilities including order lifecycle management, routing, risk controls, and exchange connectivity.
• Set engineering standards, operational excellence, and platform resiliency.
• Mentor senior engineers and foster technical leadership across the organization.
• Lead major platform modernization and innovation initiatives.
