Dew Softech Inc is seeking a Sr/Lead C#/.NET Engineer to modernize a mission-critical benefits system hosted on AWS. You will own the refactoring and data-access design, mentor the team, and ensure performance within nightly batch windows.

Qualifications

• Expert-level C#/.NET experience with modern patterns and async programming.
• Extensive EF Core, LINQ, and data-access design across PostgreSQL.
• Strong REST API design and ASP.NET Core Web API skills.
• Proven ability to refactor COBOL-derived systems to idiomatic C#/.NET.
• Experience with Angular front-ends and full-stack integration.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker containers, and AWS-based deployments.

Responsibilities

• Refactor converted COBOL-derived code into clean, maintainable .NET.
• Design domain models, DbContext, and EF Core mappings for PostgreSQL.
• Lead technical decisions and enforce coding standards.
• Mentor engineers and conduct code reviews.
• Ensure functional equivalence with legacy system through tests.
• Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines and security gates.
