Job summary

vTech Solution is seeking a Principal C#/.NET Engineer to lead modernization of a large legacy system into a scalable .NET application. You will drive refactoring, define EF Core data architecture, and optimize APIs and batch processing in a mission-critical environment.

You will spearhead ASP.NET Core Web APIs, service layers, and code quality improvements, while mentoring engineers and upholding secure coding practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in C# and .NET Core/.NET 6/7/8/10.
• Strong expertise in EF Core, LINQ, async/await.
• Experience with REST APIs, PostgreSQL, and software architecture.
• Knowledge of Angular, TypeScript, Node.js.
• Experience with testing frameworks, Git, SonarQube, Docker, CI/CD, and AWS.

Responsibilities

• Refactor complex legacy-converted code into maintainable C#/.NET.
• Lead Entity Framework Core design, optimization, and migrations.
• Build and enhance ASP.NET Core Web APIs and service layers.
• Improve performance, scalability, and code quality.
• Define development standards and mentor engineers.
• Ensure strong testing, CI/CD, and secure coding practices.
