Job summary

Syms Strategic Group (SSG) is seeking a talented C# Developer - II for a remote, full-time role focused on supporting Veterans Affairs (VA) software initiatives. You will work within an agile team to design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-level .NET applications using C#, .NET Core, MVC, and RESTful APIs.

Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years of software development experience with .NET technologies.
• Experience designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-level applications.
• Strong understanding of MVC, .NET Core, and RESTful APIs.
• Proficient in SQL Server and Entity Framework.
• Familiar with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical planning and requirements definition for software systems.
• Develop and test full-stack .NET applications; ensure CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate in an Agile team; participate in daily stand-ups.
• Mentor junior developers and promote good engineering practices.
• Document designs and interface with stakeholders on requirements.
